Sonoco Display and Packaging has been awarded four Design of the Times 2014 awards for its in-store point-of-purchase displays. The most prestigious of the awards won was the Gold Award for its Unilver’s St. Ives Fresh Hydrations Lotions Launch. The various designs utilized appealing graphic displays and creative means of improving the customer experience point-of-purchase; an important focus given the estimate that 70 percent of shopper purchase decisions are made in-store.
Other awards Sonoco received were the Silver Award for Chattem, Inc.’s Nasacort National Launch In-Line Media Tray, Silver Award for Unilver’s TRESemmé Salon Inspired Endcap, Bronze Award for Unilever’s Toni&Guy Hair Meets Wardrobe Launch.
