Linx Printing Technologies has introduced a new type of non-contact food packaging type of ink for coding. The Linx Black PE Ink 3300 is especially adhesive for polyethylene and most polypropylenes, commonly used for packaging food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and personal care items.

Ndidi Ihekwaba, product specialist, Inks at Linx Printing Technologies told Packaging News,

“PE and PP are traditionally challenging substrates to adhere to, due to their low surface energies. Linx Black PE Ink 1130 is able to overcome this challenge and creates excellent adhesion to these substrates, ensuring a quality code each time.”
