PARI Respiratory Equipment has developed a creative packaging design for its Kitabis Pak® product. According to the global developer of aerosol delivery systems, the Kitabis Pak® is the first co-packaging of generic tobramycin inhalation solution with a PARI LC PLUS® Nebulizer for patients with cystic fibrosis.
According to Kitabis Pak® Portfolio Manager Jan Zimmermann, the company intended to create an easy-to-use package. It used complimentary colors to indicate that the inhalation solution and the delivery system go together.
“Not only is the packaging attractive, it ensures that with every prescription, every patient has access to the only FDA-approved nebulizer handset for tobramycin inhalation solution and the same nebulizer used in clinical trials,” said PARI Director of Marketing Ashley Weigand.
The Kitabis Pak® won a 2015 American Package Design Award. “It is gratifying that the creative package for this important combination of therapy and delivery device puts us alongside other design winners, such as Target, Burt’s Bees, Revlon, and Tory Burch,” Weigand commented.
PARI Respiratory Equipment exclusively markets Kitabis Pak® and PARI PROVIDE, a program that gives patients access to approved compressor devices.
